To buyers of MIXER SSODD PROFESSIONAL, please read the guide below carefully to ensure your Stand Mixer can work properly:


1. SSODD mixer is called a professional mixer because it can mix various mixes. You can mix sponge cake, butter cake, cheesecake and even biscuits using an SSODD mixer. You can also knead bread, donuts & pizza using the same mixer. Not to mention meringue, fresh cream & buttercream can also be mixed using this mixer.


2. For dough (bread/donut), please refer to the contents while kneading. Take the time to knead your dough, and DO NOT use fast speed when kneading the dough.


3. It is recommended to use 1-2 speed only when kneading the dough. DO NOT EXCEED SPEED 2.


4. The dough will become chewy within 15 minutes (minimum) to 30 minutes (maximum). Remarks: If you frequently knead dough, recommend to use spiral mixer. All professional bakers using spiral mixer to knead the dough.


5. You can use speed 10 (maximum) to whip fresh cream, meringue or light ingredients.


6. It should always be remembered, the heavier the ingredients you mix or knead, the more ‘strong’ the mixer works. So, reduce the speed if you are mixing or kneading a heavy dough.


7. Butter cake, cheesecake, buttercream, bread and donut dough can be categorized as ‘heavy’ dough. Use low speed and extend the mixing/kneading time.


8. If you use the mixer according to the recommendations of the SSODD, the lifespan of your mixer will last longer.


9. If your need is to knead the dough, you are advised to take a 10L, 20L or 30L HEAVY DUTY SSODD mixer.

1. Mixer SSODD digelar professional mixer kerana ia boleh mengadun pelbagai adunan. Anda boleh membancuh sponge cake, buttercake, cheesecake dan juga biskut menggunakan mixer SSODD. Anda juga boleh menguli roti, donut & pizza menggunakan mixer yang sama. Tidak ketinggalan meringue, fresh cream & buttercream juga boleh dibancuh menggunakan mixer ini.


2. Untuk doh (roti/donut), sila rujuk atas kandungan semasa menguli. Ambil masa untuk uli doh anda, dan JANGAN menggunakan speed yang laju semasa menguli doh.


3. Disarankan untuk menggunakan speed 1-2 sahaja semasa menguli doh. JANGAN LEBIH dari speed 2.


4. Doh akan menjadi kenyal dalam tempoh 15 minit (minima) ke 30 minit (maksima). Peringatan: Jika anda selalu menguli doh, sila pakai spiral mixer. Semua bakers roti setiap kedai roti mesti pakai spiral mixer. 


5. Anda boleh menggunakan speed 10 (maksima) untuk memukul fresh cream, meringue atau bahan-bahan yang ringan.


6. Harus sentiasa diingatkan, semakin berat bahan yang anda adun atau uli, semakin 'kuat' mixer bekerja. Jadi, kurangkan speed sekiranya anda mengadun atau menguli adunan yang berat.


7. Adunan buttercake, cheesecake, buttercream, roti dan donut boleh dikategorikan sebagai adunan yang 'berat'. Gunakan speed rendah dan panjangkan masa bancuhan/uli.


8. Jika anda menggunakan mixer mengikut saranan pihak SSODD, jangka hayat mixer anda akan bertahan lebih lama.


9. Sekiranya keperluan anda ialah menguli doh, anda disarankan untuk mengambil mixer SSODD HEAVY DUTY 10L, 20L atau 30L.
