Courier or Transporter only deliver the products at the door step or guard house and no obligation to send into premises.
Customers need to be ready and arrange manpower to receive the goods.
Situation 1:
Customer A: I have paid for a product worth a thousand, why not send it in the house? Why only get to the door?
Transporter: Transporter only delivers goods to the door or lobby only.
If the customer wants the goods delivered to the premises?
Customers are required to discuss directly with the transporter driver directly and this is not included in the shipping cost.
Situation 2:
Why do customers have to standby people to receive goods?
The customer is required to prepare people to receive the goods because the goods that have been ordered are very heavy and need assistance.
Situation 3:
If I lived on the 5th floor, would you please take me upstairs?
Delivery only reaches the lobby, guard house, door step, and will not be on duty to deliver to the premises.
Kurier atau Transporter hanya menghantar produk di tangga pintu atau rumah pengawal dan tidak ada kewajiban untuk mengirim ke dalam premis.
Pelanggan perlu bersedia dan mengatur tenaga kerja untuk menerima barang.
Situasi 1:
Customer A: saya telah membayar produk berharga seribu, kenapa tidak hantar masuk dalam rumah? Kenapa hanya sampai di depan pintu sahaja?
Transporter: Transporter hanya hantar barang sampai di depan pintu atau lobi sahaja.
Jika customer nak barang dihantar ke dalam premis?
Customer dikehendaki bincang terus dengan driver transporter terus dan ini tidak termasuk dalam kos penghantaran.
Situasi 2:
Kenapa customer kena standby orang untuk menerima barangan?
Customer dikehendaki menyediakan orang untuk menerima barang tersebut kerana barang yang telah dipesan sangat berat dan memerlukan bantuan.
Situasi 3:
Jika saya tinggal di tingkat 5, adakah kamu akan tolong bawa naik ke atas?
Penghantaran hanya sampai ke lobby, guard house, door step, dan tidak akan bertugas hantar sampai ke dalam premis.
