Process of Order SSODD
Step 1: Customer place order through www.ssodd.com.my
Step 2: SSODD will arrange the goods at our warehouse, courier or transporter will pick up the goods and delivery to customer place.
Step 3: Customer can check the delivery status at courier website. Tracking number will be updated to the system in the following days.
Step 4: If wish to complain slow delivery, you may use above information to lodge a complaint.

i. SMS
ii. Email
iii. Login www.ssodd.com.my - view your order history - order history - view - order history.

Proses Pesanan SSODD
Langkah 1: Pelanggan membuat pesanan melalui www.ssodd.com.my
Langkah 2: SSODD akan mengatur barang di gudang kami, kemudian courier atau pengangkut akan mengambil barang dan membuat penghantaran ke tempat pelanggan.
Langkah 3: Pelanggan boleh memeriksa status penghantaran mereka di laman web courier. Nombor tracking akan dikemas kini di sistem pada hari berikutnya.
Langkah 4: Sekiranya ingin mengadu penghantaran lambat, anda boleh menggunakan maklumat di atas untuk membuat aduan.
