SSODD provides a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee for new suitcases purchased from Feb 26, 2023. SSODD lifetime guarantee covers all functional aspects of your SSODD suitcase for the life of your suitcase. SSODD lifetime guarantee does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse or abuse, damages caused by negligence or accident by any third party, particularly flight or transport damages.
