Why is my oven door not close? Is there a defect on the part of the factory?

This oven has been specially designed there is a slight stretch on the oven door to release some heat when the oven is set from high temperature to low temperature during use.
Please do not compare with other ovens on the market. Because of other brands of different capacities and different prices then all ovens will not be the same manufacture and design. There oven on the front surface is tempered glass and close and heat release is through the rear machine oven.
If you want the oven door type is seal,then you have to buy a convection oven. Convection oven front door is seal, when decrease the temperature, heat will flow to the rear machine body.
The conventional type of oven is where you can set on the fan and close the fan. And when it decrease in temperature, heat will flow to the front door of the glass oven.
*Warning: please do not pick up the fabric for the stopper in the stretch, otherwise the heat will not flow out and the temperature will remain there.
