40. Product has been fixed, what to do next?

40. Item sudah diperbaiki, apa langkah seterusnya?

1. After item is fixed, SSODD will inform customer to taking back the goods within 14 days.


2. What if more than 14 days?

We will assume customer dont want the item already and we will send to recycle center. 


3. Can you arrange delivery to customers?

Yes, we can. You may talk to with our live agent in www.ssodd.com.my and check the delivery fees.

 


1. Selepas item anda dah diperbaiki, pihak SSODD akan memberitahu customer supaya menerima balik barang yang diperbaiki dalam tempoh 14 hari.


2. Jika melebihi 14 hari?

Oleh sebab mengelakkan keluasan store tapak kami semakin kurang, kami terpaksa hantar item yang diperbaiki ke recycle center. 


3. Anda boleh kirim balik kepada pelanggan tak?

Boleh, kami boleh kirim kepada pelanggan. Sila livechat dengan agent kami di laman web www.ssodd.com.my dan kos postage di tanggung oleh pelanggan.
