Q: How much is the repair cost (Warranty/ No warranty) if my product has any problems?


A: For the repair cost depends on the problem on your product. You need to send your product to us for us to check the problem on the product. After that, we will contact you to inform the product problem and the cost (if any) that you have to pay.


Product check period within 48 hours from the date/time your product reaches us. Hope all parties can cooperate well.

A: Untuk kos repair bergantung kepada masalah pada produk anda. Anda perlu hantar produk anda kepada kami untuk kami check masalah pada produk tersebut. Selepas itu , pihak kami akan hubungi anda untuk beritahu masalah produk serta kos (jika ada) yang perlu anda bayar.
